2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made online through our website https://gladiatortours.com.
• We accept the following payment methods: credit cards processed securely through Stripe.
• Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• For the purchase of tickets to monuments, the full names of all participants are required at the time of booking, as mandated by law.
• Ticket Prices: Prices for entry tickets to monuments are included in the tour price for most tours. In the rare cases where ticket prices are not included, this will be clearly specified on the individual tour listing page.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customer Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made up to 14 days before the tour date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date are not eligible for a refund.
• Gladiator Tours Cancellations:
  • Gladiator Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, insufficient participation, or guide unavailability.
  • In the event of a cancellation by Gladiator Tours, customers will be offered the option of rescheduling the tour or receiving a full refund.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Changes to Bookings

• Customers may request changes to their bookings (e.g., date, time, number of participants) subject to availability.
• Requests to change bookings must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour.
• Gladiator Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests but cannot guarantee availability.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Arrival Time: Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in missing the tour, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
• Conduct: Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards the tour guide, other participants, and the general public. Gladiator Tours reserves the right to remove any customer from a tour whose behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
• Health and Safety: Customers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and able to participate in the chosen tour. Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or special needs when booking.
• Entry requirements: Customers are responsible for verifying and meeting the entry requirements for each monument included in the tour itinerary. This includes, but is not limited to, having valid identification, adhering to dress codes, and complying with any security measures.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

• Gladiator Tours is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by customers during tours, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Gladiator Tours.
• Gladiator Tours is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during tours.
• Customers participate in tours at their own risk and are advised to have appropriate travel insurance.
• Gladiator Tours makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided on its website and during tours, but we do not guarantee that all information is completely error-free.

All content on the Gladiator Tours website, including text, images, logos, and tour itineraries, is the property of Gladiator Tours and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
